Outdoor lifestyle photography built to feel real, relaxed, and lived in.
Created with Jakks Pacific for the Roxy and Quiksilver outdoor and recreation lines, the work focused on presenting seasonal gear in environments that felt true to how and where it’s used. Products ranged from beach accessories to large-scale camping items, including a full-size pop-up tent, requiring a production approach that could handle both detail and scale.
The five-day shoot combined on-location background plate photography with extensive in-studio set builds using realistic materials such as sand, dirt, and grass. These physical environments were designed to recreate beach and camping settings under controlled conditions, allowing for consistent, natural-looking light while maintaining flexibility across setups. Wardrobe was provided by Roxy and Quiksilver, with product supplied by Jakks Pacific, creating a cohesive lifestyle presentation across brands.
Nitta led creative direction, set design and build, photography, and post production, delivering a versatile image library that captured the laid-back energy of life outside while supporting a wide range of outdoor products.
